Products are sold for research or laboratory use and are not to be used on humans or for any drug purposes.

 

Warranty & Refunds
New England Biolabs warrants that the product will meet the specifications stated on the technical data sheet and New England Biolabs agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the specifications. Notice for replacement must be given within 60 days.

 

In consideration of the above promises by New England Biolabs, the buyer agrees to and accepts the following conditions:

That this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied;

That ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED OR WAIVED;

That the buyer's sole remedy shall be to obtain replacement of the product free of charge from New England Biolabs; and that this remedy is in lieu of all other remedies or claims for damages, consequential or otherwise, which the buyer may have against New England Biolabs.

 

Exclusive Terms of Sale

New England Biolabs does not agree to and is not bound by any other terms or conditions, unless a duly authorized officer of New England Biolabs has expressly agreed those terms or conditions to in writing.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Guidelines for Safe Use of the Product

New England Biolabs recommends that the buyer and other persons using this product follow the Guidelines for Research involving Recombinant DNA Molecules (NIH guidelines) Federal Register, July 5, 1994 (59 FR 34496) and any amendments thereto. New England Biolabs disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage, which may be caused by the failure of the buyer or any other person to follow said guidelines.

 

Research Use Only

Since qualified persons intend these products for research purposes, the Environmental Protection Agency does not require us to supply Premanufacturing Notice.

New England Biolabs does not share or exchange customer information with any outside companies for marketing or solicitation purposes. Information provided by our customers as needed to fulfill requests and orders is maintained in strict confidentiality. Customer profile data stored on our web server for the benefit of frequent shoppers does not include sensitive information such as credit card numbers or purchase order numbers.
