The Monarch gDNA Wash Buffer a component of the Monarch Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB #T3010), which can be used to purify up to 30 µg genomic DNA from a variety of sample types. Monarch gDNA Wash Buffer is optimized for the removal of any chaotropic salts and cell components that may be present on the silica membrane, in order to provide eluted gDNA of excellent purity.

All Monarch kit components are available for purchase separately, for additional convenience, and to minimize waste.

Monarch gDNA Wash Buffer is a component of the Monarch Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB #T3010). It is an ethanol-based, low salt buffer that allows for complete removal of chaotropic salt and cell components in just 2 wash steps, enabling the purification of highly-pure gDNA.
