The 10X NEBNext® Library Dilution Buffer is optimized for dilution of libraries to the appropriate concentration range for quantitation using the NEBNext Library Quant Kit for Illumina® (NEB #E7630). This buffer pack can be used to supplement the buffer volume supplied in the NEBNext® Library Quant Kit for Illumina®.
New England Biolabs supplies a unique 10X dilution buffer for use with NEBNext® Library Quant Kit for Illumina.

Quality Control Assay

The Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a signed document that includes the storage temperature, expiration date and quality controls for an individual lot. The following file naming structure is used to name these document files: [Product Number]_[Size]_[Version]_[Lot Number]
