The Elution Buffer should be used where stated in the protocol, except in the case of long-term storage of PCR-amplified E5hmC-seq™ libraries, where 1X TE (10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 1 mM EDTA) or Low TE (10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 0.1 mM EDTA) can be used.
